Our service is provided using a collection of equipment most of which is unique to Flame Hardeners Ltd
Our maximum in house craneage is 20 tonnes
We harden many types of components with varying geometry. The list below is not exhaustive and the items that we can process are not restricted by generalized categories
We frequently work with customers to provide bespoke treatment and can construct equipment or rigs (even for one off items) to harden items which cannot readily be hardened by other treatment methods

Rollers & Cylinders- 10mm dia to 1000mm dia x 6000mm
Gears tooth by tooth hardening-50mm dia to 3000mm dia x 900mm
Gears tooth by tooth hardening-150mm dia to 800mm dia x 1500mm
Gears spin hardening-50mm dia x 2000mm dia x 380mm
Wheels spin hardening-plain, single flange, double flange up to 2000mm dia
Wheels progressive hardening –up to 3000mm dia
Machine tool beds, fabrications ,guide rails-within an envelope 2000mm x 3500mm x 1500mm and maximum weight of 20 tonnes
We also have a range of specialized equipment and tooling to process track pads (construction equipment and military equipment), wear parts (mining industry etc), rope sheaves
